About the trait rarities

All Jolles when born take elements and traits from their parents and when they’re crashing into the planet from our beloved Eidrot, the shell protecting the new baby takes matter particles  of the environment into the cookie egg itself to mix, sometimes causing anomalous traits to come about - traits that are uncommon, rare, epic or even legendary to see are ones spoken highly of by jolles as a gift - though there are jolles who believe them to be lower down the line as well and outcast.

Some of these anomalous traits are classed as mutations, some work to the Jolles benefits, while others can be detrimental to their safety. These environmental particles are also responsible for different subtypes forming to allow them to cope in certain areas and situations to let them survive harsh conditions!

But nevertheless, jolles with higher rarities have very mixed opinions and can often be treated either really royally, or really badly.
